Anybody who like Dark Chocolate, there is extremely good news for you!! Did you know that eating dark chocolate every day reduces getting heart disease by one- third? Dark Chocolate comes from a cocoa plant, grown in Australia, and then come to the US through West Africa and Asia. There are seven reasons why dark chocolate is good for you. I am only going to do write about the top two reasons rather than the top seven, but I have included the link so you can look at the reasons why dark chocolate is good for you. (Of course, I always use a reliable source with true information; I used https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/7-health-benefits-dark-chocolate#section8)
Dark Chocolate is nutritious. The plant it comes from, cocoa plant, includes eleven grams of fiber and contains a lot of potassium, phosphorus, zinc, and selenium. These measurements were measured from a hundred gram bar of Dark Chocolate, which I hope none of you readers are consuming daily. However all this nutritious comes with bad news, and in this case, the bad news is that the dark chocolate comes with a hefty amount of calories. For example, eating a one hundred gram bar of dark chocolate comes with six hundred calories! For this reason, it is best to eat dark chocolate with self-control.
For my top two reasons why dark chocolate is good, I saved this interesting fact for the last paragraph. I chose this because my mother used to tell me to stop eating dark chocolate because it will affect my brain, little did she know that she was wrong. I have always loved dark chocolate, and I can finally say, it is the real reason why I am so smart because dark chocolate may improve way your brain works. If you eat dark chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa beans for a long period of time, it improves the blood flow to the brain. Health volunteers did a study in this for five days and found that the blood flow to the brain is stronger than it was before. So dark chocolate doesn't necessarily make you smart, however, it does help the brain get more blood.

QUESTION OF THE DAY: What is the history of chocolate and how it came to be?
