The Honest Truth

To be honest, I don’t really like chocolate. If it were up to me, I would only eat fruity candy that is hard or gummy. I only eat chocolate every once in a while. My particular favorite is chocolate covered pretzels because it is mix of sweet and salty. Chocolate tends to build up in my mouth and cake my teeth, and I don’t love that feeling. In addition, I don’t like ⅔ types of chocolate: milk and white. On occasion I’ll enjoy milk chocolate Hershey Kisses, but other than that, I favor dark chocolate. Sweet fruity candies are my favorite. I don’t really know why but I also like having something sweet in my mouth. I wouldn’t say that I hate chocolate (I have a whole other list for foods that I hate - I’m on #118…) but I don’t absolutely love it. If there were two items on the counter, one chocolate and the other candy, I would probably choose the piece of candy. I guess you could say that it all depends on my mood, but 95% of the time, it will be candy.

Although this is going a little bit off topic, as soon as I saw it, I had to share it. Have you ever heard of Crave Crush? Some friends told me about it and I definitely have try it! They are small tablets that you chew (they taste like refreshing mint) and they make sweet things taste bland. Each tablet works for about 30 minutes and blocks sweet taste receptors on the tongue. I wonder if they can help my addiction to candy and all things sweet?!

QUESTION OF THE DAY: Would you try Crave Crush? Have you ever tried it before?
